Role Overview

This is a permanent, on-site Housekeeper position based in Doha. The role involves keeping both residential and shared spaces clean and orderly by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, making beds, changing linens, managing laundry duties, restocking supplies, and ensuring kitchens and bathrooms meet hygiene standards. The Housekeeper must also report maintenance concerns, adhere to safety and cleaning protocols, correctly operate cleaning tools and materials, and interact professionally with tenants and internal teams to ensure excellent service quality in Hestia's managed properties.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for maintaining consistently neat and tidy spaces.
• Proficient in laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, and handling linens and garments properly.
• Good communication and customer service abilities to engage appropriately with tenants, visitors, and colleagues.
• Willingness to undergo training on cleaning standards, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Knowledgeable about cleaning methods, materials, and equipment with a focus on hygiene and safety compliance.
• Physically capable of carrying out housekeeping activities such as standing, lifting, and moving equipment.
• Experience in residential or hospitality housekeeping or facilities cleaning is advantageous.
• Basic English proficiency; additional common languages spoken in Qatar are a plus.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
