Ghostdraft Developer Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Expertly utilize and configure the GhostDraft platform to create, modify, and manage document templates, forms, and various document types.
• Develop complex document solutions ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory standards.
• Maintain and update existing document templates to adapt to changing organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather detailed content and document requirements.
• Understand and implement system development aspects related to document generation logic and database integration.
• Work with structured data sources to enable efficient document automation workflows and integration with other technical systems.
• Communicate technical details effectively to both clients and internal teams, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to document generation, formatting, and automation bottlenecks.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to document management processes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong proficiency in operating the GhostDraft Studio tool and optimizing document automation workflows.
• Practical experience with JavaScript scripting within the GhostDraft environment.
• Experience handling document automation tools beyond GhostDraft is advantageous.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services sectors is preferred.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
• Studio certification is considered a plus.
