Role Overview
This role is fully remote and seeks a Fundraiser to secure financial support for Alamghar's mission. The specialist will identify and approach prospective donors, nurture those relationships, and coordinate fundraising events. Compensation is commission-based, linked to a portion of the donations successfully raised.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and implement fundraising plans targeting individuals and institutional contributors.
- Build and maintain strong connections with potential donors to boost support.
- Organize and manage events aimed at securing funding for the organization.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Possess a minimum of five years' practical experience in fundraising strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging donors across different sectors.
