Full Stack Engineer - Python & React (Remote)

Role Overview

This contract position is for a Full Stack Engineer skilled in Python and React. The chosen candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling web applications, working remotely with cross-functional teams to deliver superior software solutions.

Primary Duties

• Develop and deploy full-stack web applications utilizing Python and React technologies.
• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best industry practices.
• Collaborate with product managers and UI/UX designers to conceptualize and implement new features.
• Diagnose and optimize application performance and scalability issues.
• Engage in code reviews and assist in creating comprehensive technical documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency with Python programming and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in React.js and front-end development conventions.
• Familiarity with back-end frameworks including Django or Flask.
• Understanding of RESTful API design, relational and non-relational databases, and cloud platform services.
• Competence in version control systems such as Git and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
