Job Overview
Paytm Services Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Field Sales Executives (FSE) within its core growth team. This role involves growing Paytm's merchant network by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses. The position offers direct employment with Paytm and includes an official offer letter and payroll association.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit and engage with local markets and retail shops to recruit new merchants into the Paytm ecosystem.
- Set up Paytm QR codes at merchant locations, ensuring smooth product installation.
- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices to facilitate merchant transactions.
- Provide training and ongoing support to merchants on using Paytm devices and quickly address their concerns.
Incentives and Compensation
The role includes attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses, alongside a monthly salary range from 17,000 to 29,000 INR.
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must possess an Android smartphone.
- Must have access to a two-wheeler vehicle, either a bike or scooter, to facilitate field operations.
