Role Overview
LaSante Health Center is hiring a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative coordination. This role is well suited to someone who is meticulous, self-directed, and comfortable balancing several priorities in a busy healthcare setting.
Work Schedule
The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation
Pay starts at $55,000 per year and may increase based on relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver broad administrative support to executive leaders
- Organize calendars, arrange meetings, and book appointments
- Draft emails, documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and outside partners
- Manage confidential information carefully and professionally
- Plan and coordinate meeting requirements and logistics
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and assist with special initiatives
- Take notes and keep files and records orderly
- Handle other duties assigned by executive leadership
Qualifications
- Previous work as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable administrative position is preferred
- Strong ability to stay organized, manage time well, and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Capability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Polished professional presence and a strong commitment to confidentiality
