Role Overview

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. This includes analyzing drawings, BOQs, materials, MEP, and joinery works as part of both pre-contract and post-contract activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for interior fit-out works.
• Conduct budgetary estimations, cost planning, and assist with project budgeting.
• Review BOQs, perform quantity take-offs, and handle requests for quotations.
• Evaluate, obtain, and negotiate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets through cost analysis and project tracking tools.

Requirements

• Prior UAE-based experience in fit-out estimation is essential.
• Strong knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract estimation processes.
• Understanding of civil, structural, landscape, and interior fit-out works.
• Good grasp of current market prices and material rates.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Planswift estimation software.
• Familiarity with preparing and reviewing BOQs, material specifications, and technical drawings.
• Preferably Filipino nationality.
