Data Analytics Manager

Role Overview

A confidential government organization is hiring a Data Analytics Manager to guide its analytics function, turn data into practical business insights, and support informed decision-making across the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the analytics team and oversee the delivery of clear, actionable insights.
• Build, deploy, and support data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with business teams to identify analytics requirements and convert them into workable solutions.
• Examine large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain strong standards for data accuracy, consistency, and governance throughout analytics work.
• Share findings and recommendations with senior leaders to help shape strategic choices.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in data analytics, including a minimum of 3 years in a management position.
• Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, along with analytics platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or comparable analytics languages.
• Well-developed leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
