Data Analyst

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for a Data Analyst position dedicated to enhancing operational processes and driving business success. The candidate will review and analyze existing manual procedures to uncover areas for improvement, define the scope of issues, and assess potential solutions with a critical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine current manual workflows to spot opportunities for enhancement.
• Define problem parameters and rigorously evaluate possible remedies.
• Create process-improvement strategies utilizing tools such as Excel and VBA.
• Promote operational excellence and assist in shaping the company’s strategic business direction.
• Support the growth and success of a dynamic company through analytical insights.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in developing queries, generating reports, and delivering presentations of analysis results.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with VBA or equivalent programming languages.
• Preferably, expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
