Role Overview

Join Hilton's dynamic team as a Cluster Sales Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting sales operations and driving new business growth to create memorable guest experiences. You will be instrumental in managing administrative tasks, generating leads, and fostering collaborative relationships that enhance sales outcomes across Hilton's hotel network.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations by performing administrative duties such as data entry, distributing invoices, tracking activities via Salesforce, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in preparing sales-related documents including contracts, proposals, responses to RFPs, client communications summaries, and reports related to bookings and customer loyalty.
• Conduct research and evaluate potential and unmanaged accounts to cultivate and maintain a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Develop strong partnerships with Hilton sales teams, customers, and hotel partners to discover and qualify new prospects, facilitate discovery calls, and provide customized solutions.
• Support special projects, events, and departmental initiatives, including customer engagement activities and participation in meetings and conferences as necessary.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals exclusively.
• Prior sales experience is required; preference given to candidates with experience in hotel sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential.
