Role Overview

Your support will help customers feel comfortable and confident when banking, whether managing quick transactions or exploring digital banking options.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, hands-on assistance with everyday banking tasks

Typical Workday

• Greet customers and attend to various banking requirements
• Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs
• Facilitate the use of digital banking in a straightforward and empowering manner
• Guide customers through account openings, updates, and exploring new product options
• Ensure compliance with banking procedures to maintain safety
• Celebrate team achievements collectively

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong customer-centric approach; retail experience preferred
• Comfortable using and promoting technology, with familiarity in digital channels advantageous
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving situations
• Team player with willingness to engage collaboratively
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance
