Role Overview

As a Banking Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing daily banking services, fostering trusted client relationships, and guiding customers through straightforward and sometimes impactful financial choices. Key Responsibilities

Typical Workday
- Greet customers and attend to various banking requirements

- Guide customers through account openings, updates, and exploring new product options
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures to maintain safety
- Celebrate team achievements collectively
Required Skills and Attributes
- Strong customer-centric approach; retail experience preferred
- Comfortable using and promoting technology, with familiarity in digital channels advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to evolving situations
- Team player with willingness to engage collaboratively
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance
