About the internship
This internship is designed for a sales-oriented candidate who can support customer onboarding, explain product value clearly, and help users get the most out of the platform. The role involves working closely with customers after signup or purchase, understanding their business needs, and guiding them through setup and usage.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome newly acquired customers and support them through the initial onboarding process.
- Learn about each customer’s business model and intended use of the product.
- Assist users with configuring WhatsApp automation, chatbots, CRM, campaigns, lead capture, and third-party integrations.
- Present product features in simple, easy-to-understand language without technical jargon.
- Reach out to customers who are inactive, unsure, or facing setup issues.
- Gather feedback on the product and pass useful insights to the founders and product team.
- Spot customers at risk of leaving and take steps to improve retention.
- Request testimonials, reviews, and potential case study opportunities from satisfied users.
- Draft basic help resources such as FAQs, short guides, or tutorial notes when needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both existing and new users.
Who can apply
