About the internship

Energeniuss Solar is looking for a marketing intern who is imaginative, proactive, and interested in social media and brand promotion. This internship offers practical exposure to digital marketing tasks, along with regular use of MS Office and Excel. Strong spoken and written English skills are essential for this role.

What you will do

Create and support social media content for different online channels.
Gather market insights and review marketing-related data.
Help the team plan campaigns and marketing strategies.
Work with other teams to carry out marketing activities smoothly.
Monitor social media performance and prepare reports on campaign results.
Assist with marketing events, activities, and promotional efforts.
Handle routine administrative tasks for the marketing team.

Who can apply

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can work full time from the office, begin between 23 June 2026 and 2 August 2026, and commit for 6 months. Applicants must be based in Punjab and should bring relevant skills and interest in marketing. Women who are looking to begin or restart their careers are also encouraged to apply. Freshers seeking jobs may also be considered.

Stipend and structure

The monthly stipend is between INR 13,000 and 25,000. The stipend structure includes a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month and an incentive component of ₹3,000 to ₹10,000 per month.

Energeniuss Solar is registered under the PM Surya Ghar Yojana for Punjab and Chandigarh and has completed about 1,000 installations with a combined capacity of 8 MW.

Offer on conversion

If the intern is successfully converted into a permanent employee, the expected annual salary is ₹2,40,000 to ₹2,50,000.
