Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources and operational activities, all while working remotely. The role involves supporting recruitment processes, assisting in social media marketing initiatives to attract candidates, designing engaging content with Canva, and providing day-to-day administrative help within the HR team. Participating in meetings and contributing innovative ideas, researching HR trends, handling operational duties, and working collaboratively to enhance candidate experience are vital components of this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews as part of recruitment efforts.
- Contribute creatively to social media marketing campaigns aimed at talent acquisition.
- Design compelling visual content using Canva to support recruitment drives.
- Perform various administrative tasks and assist with HR projects.
- Engage actively in HR team meetings and brainstorming sessions to offer new ideas.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and HR trends.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure candidates have a positive recruitment experience.
- Manage operational work related to HR and company processes.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work remotely.

- Commitment to the full internship duration of six months is required.

Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend of INR 10,000.
