Overview
Baud Scientific, a mission-driven organization committed to developing eco-friendly, long-duration energy storage solutions that support widespread wind and solar energy adoption, is seeking an enthusiastic HR & Operations Intern. This position offers hands-on experience collaborating with the leadership team to support varied HR and operational functions essential to company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee data leveraging HR Information Systems like Keka and internal databases.
- Contribute to crafting and implementing HR policies and organizational procedures.
- Assist in coordinating and hosting internal company events and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
- Provide assistance with budget-related tasks and financial planning.
- Ensure open and clear communication channels with both internal teams and external partners.
Candidate Profile and Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with MIS reporting and dashboards.
- Sound knowledge of business functions including finance, budgeting, accounting, and performance tracking.
- Experience or understanding of HR operations covering employee lifecycle management, compliance, payroll coordination, and workforce administration.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities enabling effective cross-team collaboration.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and deliver operational excellence.
- Proactive attitude geared towards driving process improvements and supporting automation projects within a dynamic and fast-evolving environment.

Additional Information
- A certificate, letter of recommendation, and flexible working hours are provided.
- High-performing interns may receive a pre-placement offer, with potential employment salary ranging between ₹300,000 and ₹450,000 per annum.
