Educational Activity Facilitation Internship

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in leading educational activities designed to deepen students' conceptual understanding and life skills. Interns will receive training and guidance, then independently conduct sessions facilitating interactive learning experiences. The role requires organizing and managing activity setups, engaging groups of students, and maintaining a positive and disciplined environment throughout sessions. Interns will document student participation and collaborate directly with school staff and the Craqit team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preparatory training and briefing sessions.
• Grasp objectives, procedures, and materials related to assigned activities.
• Conduct practice demonstrations to ensure readiness for independent sessions.
• Arrange activity spaces, tools, stations, and supplies effectively.
• Lead educational sessions, actively engaging students in learning tasks.
• Clearly communicate concepts, instructions, tasks, and outcomes.
• Supervise and guide student groups to ensure smooth session flow.
• Uphold discipline to foster a safe, organized, and supportive learning atmosphere.
• Observe, record, and assess student involvement, behavior, and skills.
• Coordinate with teachers, school representatives, and internal teams.
• Handle distribution, collection, and organization of materials pre- and post-sessions.
• Provide support to team members before, during, and after activities.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and dependability throughout.
• Travel to various school or session locations as needed.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Must be available for part-time commitment lasting 6 months.
• Starting date to be between August 12, 2026, and September 16, 2026.
• Should possess relevant skills and demonstrate interest in educational facilitation.
• Women looking to initiate or rekindle their careers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Background

• Experience in education, teaching, training, or facilitation is advantageous, especially for lead roles.
• For roles related to AI and robotics, academic knowledge and practical experience in these disciplines are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
• Confidence and competence in managing classroom dynamics and groups.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Patience, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
• Observation skills and the ability to maintain basic documentation accurately.
• Process adherence and effective teamwork capabilities.
• Willingness to commute to varying locations.
• Consistent punctuality and professional demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits

Stipend ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹16,000 per month, comprising a fixed component of ₹6,000 to ₹10,000 plus a monthly incentive of ₹6,000. Additionally, participants receive a certificate upon completion and benefit from flexible working hours.
