Role Overview
This internship is for a collections function based in Patiala, with the work location extending to Panchkula as well. The selected candidate will support overdue payment recovery, customer follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recovering overdue payments and maintaining customer account follow-up.
- Contact customers through calls, emails, and messages to remind them about pending dues.
- Discuss repayment arrangements, help negotiate suitable terms, and track agreed payment plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales and MIS to support collection-related activities.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 11 June 2026 and 16 July 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.
