About the Internship

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication over calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Work with internal teams to get tasks executed and status updates shared on time.
- Keep client data organized in records, Excel sheets, trackers, and reports.
- Track pending actions, approvals, and deadlines, and follow up as needed.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and notes from meetings.
- Capture client needs accurately and pass on clear briefs to the concerned teams.
- Assist with routine operational and coordination work throughout the day.
- Support smooth collaboration between clients and different departments.
Skills and Learning Opportunities
During the internship, you will build hands-on understanding of client servicing workflows, professional communication, task and project coordination, brief preparation, reporting, follow-up management, and the use of operational tools such as trackers, CRM systems, project management platforms, AI tools, and automation solutions. You will also learn how teams in marketing, design, content, sales, and tech coordinate with one another.
