Join Mani Group as an Artificial Intelligence intern working remotely to enhance and maintain their cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Established in 2006, Mani Land and Housing has over 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, serving more than 2000 clients with comprehensive consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously upgrade and refine the CRM platform based on evolving business needs.
• Handle bulk data operations including uploads and updates related to inventory, customers, products, and projects.
• Prepare and maintain datasets in Excel and CSV formats essential for CRM integration.
• Manage the CRM's backend files, databases, documentation, and records diligently.
• Detect and coordinate correction of discrepancies or gaps within the CRM system.
• Conduct thorough testing of new CRM features pre- and post-deployment to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to translate business requirements into CRM enhancements.
• Leverage AI prompting techniques to design and improve cloud-based workflows, layouts, and interfaces.
• Maintain an organized centralized repository for all CRM-related materials including designs and documentation.
• Adopt new cloud, CRM, and AI technologies as needed to optimize daily tasks.
• Provide persistent technical support and operational assistance for the CRM system.
• Oversee bulk WhatsApp automation for communications management.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants must be available for remote work and able to start between August 23, 2026, and September 27, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship tenure is required.
• Should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for AI and CRM technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5000 to INR 15000.
• Upon successful conversion to full-time employee status, annual salary ranges from INR 250000 to INR 300000.
