What you’ll do
- Take end-to-end responsibility for software that has real user impact, building and improving systems used by millions.
- Use modern AI tools throughout the engineering workflow, including design, coding, testing, and documentation, while still maintaining strong standards for correctness, reliability, and maintainability.
- Work across a broad technical landscape and choose the most appropriate tools for each problem, spanning monoliths, microservices, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, and Rust.
- Continuously reduce unnecessary complexity by improving architecture, pipelines, and codebases so they become easier to scale and maintain.

Contract and location
This role can be permanent or fixed-term and is full-time. The listed work locations are Milan, Madrid, Warsaw, London, or fully remote from eligible countries.
Selection process
The hiring process focuses on evidence of excellence rather than seniority. Every applicant is assessed through the same process, and there are no special routes beyond what the application itself shows. Candidates who are invited forward may complete one or more challenging tests that can take several hours and may include unfamiliar problem types.
