Position Summary

The Shuttle Driver will be responsible for managing vehicle movements efficiently and safely within the yard and to authorized off-site locations. The role maintains yard order and upholds safety protocols to ensure smooth operations. Multiple shifts including weekends are available, with starting pay of $16 per hour for A/B shifts and potential overtime opportunities.

Key Duties

• Verify and identify vehicles that require relocation using current work or movement lists.
• Drive and transport vehicles safely inside the lot and to designated off-site points when necessary.
• Park vehicles aligned with the established layouts, spacing criteria, and operational procedures.
• Maintain organization of the yard by reporting any irregularities, equipment damage or discrepancies promptly.
• Follow all safety instructions, yard rules, personal protective equipment (PPE) mandates, and company policies strictly.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Must possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Hold a valid driver's license with no more than three moving violations within the past three years.
• Able to work full 8-hour shifts including scheduled weekends.
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round under all weather conditions.
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to safety, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
