About the Role
A respected structural engineering consultancy in West London is seeking a Senior Structural Revit Technician to become a vital member of their collaborative team. This position offers the chance to contribute to the refurbishment, alteration, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings across diverse sectors while working alongside experienced engineers and technicians on technically demanding projects. Your expertise will significantly influence project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex structural Revit models from concept through construction phases.
- Coordinate multiple project models to ensure accuracy and coherence.
- Produce detailed and high-quality structural drawings with limited supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and multidisciplinary design teams.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Revit software in a structural engineering consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated experience in managing structural projects focused on refurbishment and alteration of existing structures.
- Strong technical understanding of steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry construction systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage confidently with various stakeholders.
