Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Human Resources to partner with highly technical functions such as Data, Technology, Engineering, Product, AI/Analytics, and Cybersecurity within fast-paced, complex environments. This role requires an expert understanding of AI-driven business transformations, evolving organizational models, and workforce strategies designed to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders across technical domains to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence to derive insights that support decision-making, increase accountability, and improve outcomes.
  • Integrate AI applications into HR business partner workflows to optimize processes and elevate work quality.
  • Lead initiatives in organizational effectiveness, culture development, change management, and design of the organization structure.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning including developing capabilities, succession planning, and long-term talent management strategies.
  • Develop and execute forward-looking enterprise-level HR strategies that have wide-reaching impact within the company.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years progressive experience in human resources or equivalent experience, particularly with complex, technology-driven organizations.
  • Proven strategic HR business partner with the ability to influence senior executives and align people strategies with measurable business results including delivery, quality, risk, and operational efficiency.
  • Leadership expertise from strategy creation through execution, exemplified in disciplined program and project management.
  • Strong commercial insight to connect talent management decisions with organizational speed, quality, risk mitigation, and performance outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of guiding leaders through ambiguous and transforming environments.
  • Presence and credibility to effectively collaborate at all organizational levels.
  • Agile thinker who rapidly synthesizes complex information and adapts strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborative and energetic leadership style, balancing confidence with humility, versatile in different leadership settings.
  • Demonstrates resilience, sound judgment, integrity, intellectual curiosity, and emotional intelligence in support of continuous improvement and innovation.
