Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SAP CS development, strong knowledge of business process configuration, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP CS development projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Configure SAP CS modules with a deep understanding of business processes related to customer service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and PM (Plant Maintenance) teams to integrate processes effectively.
• Perform basic debugging to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation throughout project lifecycles.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide consultation and support.
• Manage and guide team members to achieve project goals.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 8 years of practical experience in SAP CS development.
• Strong proficiency in SAP CS configuration and business process knowledge.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP SD and PM modules.
• Basic skills in debugging and troubleshooting SAP issues.
• Excellent communication skills essential for client interactions.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Capability to prepare comprehensive documentation related to SAP projects.
• Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
