Job description
About Disrupt-X
Disrupt-X is an international Enterprise SaaS provider focused on revolutionizing the Built Environment by leveraging AI-enabled software solutions. Our offerings assist organizations in digitizing areas such as Health & Safety (HSE), CAFM, CMMS, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), IoT, Energy Management, Carbon Accounting, and Smart Building technologies. Rapid expansion is underway across Asia, GCC, Europe, Africa, and North America.
Position Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in creating qualified sales leads for the Enterprise Sales team. This role is distinct from customer support or telemarketing responsibilities. The SDR will target potential organizations, engage key decision makers, verify opportunities, and organize meetings for Enterprise Sales Managers and the CEO. Success metrics prioritize quality of generated pipeline over mere call volume.
Key Duties
- Conduct research on prospective companies and industries.
- Compile prospect lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, and other AI-driven platforms.
- Identify primary decision makers including CEOs, COOs, CFOs, Facility Directors, HSE Directors, Sustainability Managers, Operations Directors, Property Managers, and Asset Managers.
- Generate new business prospects through diverse channels: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, WhatsApp (when appropriate), referrals, partner introductions, and attendance at industry events, conferences, and networking.
- Qualify potential leads employing frameworks like BANT, MEDDICC, or SPICED, assessing criteria such as current software in use, number of locations and users, challenges faced, budget, timeline, decision makers, and procurement processes.
- Schedule detailed discovery meetings with Enterprise Sales Managers, CRO, or CEO, ensuring each includes comprehensive company information, opportunity notes, decision maker identification, pain points, potential deal size, and updated CRM records.
- Keep meticulous records within the CRM system, documenting all activities, communications, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity stages; no information outside the CRM is acceptable.
- Utilize AI tools daily to enhance efficiency, focusing efforts on engaging prospects rather than manual research.
