Overview

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Sales Associate to enhance its boutique operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will represent the Maison, exemplifying its identity and expertise to visitors and clientele alike. This is a full-time, onsite position dedicated to delivering an exceptional luxury retail experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by recruiting new clients, fostering customer loyalty, and achieving sales targets.
• Educate clients about our heritage, creations, and sources of inspiration to deepen their understanding and appreciation of the brand.
• Deliver personalized service by anticipating clients’ needs and ensuring an outstanding customer journey.
• Handle all visitor inquiries promptly, including after-sales services and care guidance.
• Promote a collaborative and positive team environment through active participation in everyday boutique activities.
• Achieve operational excellence by mastering in-store systems and strictly adhering to commercial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or hospitality settings.
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic, confident, curious, and dependable personality traits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional Asian language(s) is considered an advantage.
