Recruitment Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned and goal-oriented Recruitment Manager to oversee and enhance recruitment activities for our India and UAE operations based in Kozhikode, Kerala. This full-time position offers a negotiable salary contingent on experience and skillset.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations

• Lead recruitment efforts for India and UAE regions, managing client partnerships particularly with select UAE clients.
• Develop and maintain an efficient sourcing and operational framework for the in-country recruitment team.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, or managing recruitment operations.
• Prior experience handling recruitment teams and juggling multiple job vacancies concurrently.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referral programs, social media, and internal databases.
• Skilled in client relationship management and professional business communication.
• Experience in recruitment for UAE or GCC markets considered a valuable asset.
• Exemplary leadership ability, strong communication skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously with responsibility for meeting recruitment goals and managing operational activities.
• Thorough understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
