RDC Operations Executive - Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery, Jiddah

About the Role

Join an innovative new division within Amazon, tasked with launching and managing new business models across the AMET region. The Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) operations team seeks an Operations Lead to oversee fast delivery services and 3P Store Operations, ensuring adherence to Amazon’s policies and standards including attendance, productivity, quality, and safety. This role involves motivating and coaching team members, providing performance feedback, and helping Amazon expand its customer-focused services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UTR operations daily for one large site or multiple small sites, including supervising store operations.
• Ensure customer-facing and operational metrics meet targets while maintaining team morale and safety.
• Lead performance management and create training/development plans for pickers.
• Collaborate with merchant stakeholders to continuously enhance operational processes and performance.
• Carry out daily 4M, 5S, and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
• Serve as a stand-in for the Area Manager when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in English: speaking, reading, and writing.
