About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading client seeking a Senior Python Engineer to contribute remotely from anywhere across India. This full-time position involves playing a pivotal role in enhancing large language models (LLMs) by supplying proprietary datasets for fine-tuning and benchmarking AI model performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain robust, efficient Python code focused on training and refining AI-powered models.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to benchmark model accuracy and performance, implementing findings to drive improvements.
- Assess and rate AI-generated responses to user queries spanning various topics, ensuring they meet defined quality standards.
- Lead the creation and upkeep of task-specific, high-quality datasets to facilitate supervised fine-tuning processes.
- Work collaboratively with research teams and annotators to perform reinforcement learning guided by human feedback, including refining reward models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Python programming and relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
- Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of evaluation techniques and benchmarking protocols for AI models.
- Capability to design and implement Python solutions for data generation and AI model optimization.
- Familiarity with strategies to evaluate and rank AI model responses effectively.
