Role Overview

This position focuses on reviewing written material to catch language, formatting, and consistency issues, while preserving the original meaning and improving overall readability.

Key Responsibilities

• Check documents carefully for mistakes related to grammar, spelling, punctuation, and layout.
• Keep the tone, style, and formatting uniform across all content pieces.
• Refine text for better clarity and flow without altering the intended message.
• Work with writers, editors, and other stakeholders to improve the quality of content.
• Make effective use of proofreading tools such as Track Changes and Grammarly.
• Complete assigned work within deadlines while maintaining strong quality standards.
• Protect the confidentiality of internal documents and written material.

Preferred Profile

• Excellent written English, including command over grammar, punctuation, spelling, and sentence structure.
• Ability to spot and correct errors quickly and accurately.
• Good understanding of readability, tone, and content clarity.
• Strong focus on detail and consistency in formatting.
• Comfortable working independently with limited supervision.
• Solid time management skills to deliver work on schedule.
• Strong reading comprehension so the context remains intact during editing.

Eligibility

Applicants with a B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com, or B.A. in any specialization may apply. Preference will be given to candidates with a B.A. in English and outstanding English language proficiency.

Compensation

The role offers an annual package of INR 2,00,000 to INR 3,00,000.
