  • Act as the main contact for clients, local authorities, designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate civil works for road and transport schemes, including any required statutory approvals and related interfaces.
  • Build, review, and maintain project schedules and resourcing plans, making adjustments when site conditions or priorities change.
  • Track project expenditure, issue variation notifications, handle claims, and maintain commercial control to protect profitability.
  • Prepare and oversee health and safety documentation, including risk assessments, RAMS, method statements, and compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Carry out site inspections, quality checks, and verification against specifications, while identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions are completed.
  • Manage procurement of materials, plant/equipment, and subcontract packages, while monitoring deliveries and logistics.
  • Support, coach, and supervise site teams, helping maintain morale, output, and alignment with company standards and values.
  • Produce progress reports, client communications, meeting notes, KPI updates, and maintain strong document control across the project.

  • At least 4 years of post-qualification experience on road or public realm projects.
