MIS Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an MIS Executive to join our team in Kolkata. This position involves managing call volumes, monitoring daily attendance, and scheduling program breaks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inbound and outbound call volumes.
• Track and maintain daily attendance records.
• Coordinate program break timings to ensure smooth workflow.
• Collaborate closely with the sales department to analyze data and enhance delivery procedures.
• Generate comprehensive internal reports on a daily, biweekly, and monthly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Ability to create and interpret reports from data sets effectively.
• Familiarity with Google App Script, SQL, and Macros is advantageous but not essential.
• Graduation is not a compulsory requirement for applicants.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with 9 hours of work daily.
• Salary: Up to 25,000 INR net per month.
• Weekly day off included.
• Work Mode: On-site presence required.
• Interview Location: 8th Floor, opposite Bank of Baroda, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226010.
• Interview Hours: Between 10 AM and 7 PM.
• Immediate joining candidates preferred.
