Role Summary
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for meticulous planning of shutdown tasks by working closely with Operations and Maintenance teams. The role focuses on continuously optimizing reliability, enhancing AIB standards, lowering labor expenses, and increasing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effective scheduling to support asset care plans, ensuring monthly KPIs surpass targets through daily collaboration with Operations in Quality Control Delivery & Morale meetings.
- Evaluate and prioritize work orders and requests in conjunction with Maintenance and Operation teams.
- Assist Improvement Teams by scheduling Failure Analysis work orders based on their input.
- Produce weekly performance scorecards, report labor utilization, maintain SAP data with adherence to data standards, manage task entries and instruction modifications, and generate ad-hoc reports as necessary.
- Update SAP with new equipment and associated asset care schedules.
- Support the site’s internal audit actions related to PEMM, BRC, and AIB, taking ownership of assigned issues.
- Apply numerical and analytical skills to advise Maintenance and Operations teams on decision-making.

- Highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across various organizational levels.
- Proficient in influencing and negotiating effectively.
- Competent computer user skilled in Excel, Word, and SAP operations.
- Confidence and assertiveness to actively participate in meetings involving colleagues and contractors at all levels.
- Understanding of system equipment and its impact on process efficiency and product quality.
- Comfortable engaging with peers and employees daily.
- Basic comprehension of system flow streams and how equipment affects throughput and pallet quality.
- Flexible and responsive personality to accommodate rapid changes in production and equipment demands.
