Role Overview

We are recruiting a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Java Full Stack to join a cutting-edge financial services and investment firm recognized for innovation and market leadership. The selected candidate will have a pivotal role in technology leadership and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Steer the design and technical implementation of projects and products.
Take ownership of all technical deliverables ensuring high standards.
Drive automation initiatives and foster innovation within the team.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members.
Establish coding standards across the full technology stack.
Engage in code reviews and architectural discussions for quality assurance.

Qualifications and Skills

Extensive experience with Java full stack development.
Capability to define, challenge, and prioritize data requirements collaboratively with business users.
Ensure business stakeholders have access to reliable, clear, and accurate data.
Monitor and resolve production and support tickets effectively, including issue identification and troubleshooting.
Proficient in SQL query writing and performance tuning.
Additional abilities in basic Python scripting and workflow management with Apache Airflow are advantageous.
