FABO Services is actively expanding across India and requires a dedicated HR Manager to steer its human resource initiatives, supporting business growth and fostering a dynamic workplace environment.
Role Summary
The HR Manager will oversee the entire HR function, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, performance oversight, HR operations, legal compliance, training, and nurturing a high-performance work culture in alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive recruitment for various departments including corporate, operations, sales, customer care, warehouse, and franchise support teams.
- Establish and maintain a robust talent pool via diverse channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and agencies to ensure efficient hiring.
- Manage interview coordination, salary discussions, and onboarding with an aim to minimize hiring timelines while upholding quality standards.
- Design and implement structured onboarding procedures, ensuring all new hires complete requisite documentation and trainings, and are effectively integrated during probation periods.
- Develop and administer KPI and OKR frameworks for performance assessments including probationary, quarterly, and annual reviews while assisting managers in goal-setting and feedback delivery.
- Initiate and drive employee engagement schemes, conduct satisfaction surveys, and manage grievance resolution processes to uphold a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Oversee HR operations such as record maintenance, attendance tracking, leave management, HRIS administration, and payroll coordination with finance.
- Create and revise HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee manuals to comply with evolving organizational needs.
- Identify and coordinate training requirements encompassing technical, behavioral, and leadership development, including tracking training outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, gratuity, and legal documentation handling, supporting audits as necessary.
- Compile HR analytics and generate comprehensive reports—covering recruitment, attrition, absenteeism, productivity, and training effectiveness—to guide leadership decision-making.
