The Food & Beverage Hostess position is based at Souq Al Wakra Hotel Qatar By Tivoli in Al Wakrah, Qatar. This role supports the overall Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize team performance, and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and guarantee guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Ensure only top-quality products are served, in line with brand and Food & Beverage standards.
- Foster a strong team environment by supporting teamwork and leadership.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving through proper training and empowerment.
Qualifications
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Strong passion for leadership and working collaboratively in teams.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service capabilities.
