Responsibilities

• Perform both onsite and desktop evaluations of claims.
• Handle all aspects of claims processing from start to completion.
• Communicate effectively with customers, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate clarity and understanding.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records while making informed, well-documented decisions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Relevant qualifications or prior experience in loss adjusting, trades, or related fields are preferred.
• Hold legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand and be willing to undergo a police background check.
