Data Entry Executive - Fresher

Matrid Technologies is hiring a fresher-friendly Data Entry Executive to handle product information updates for its e-commerce platform. This position is designed for someone who can join right away and support the day-to-day accuracy of online listings.

Matrid Technologies has spent 18 years delivering software outsourcing services. The company works across application development, open-source customization, business consulting, digital marketing, web design, e-commerce, and custom software solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Add and revise product information such as titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, and related details.
• Keep the website’s product catalogue accurate and up to date.
• Record and cross-check order, customer, and inventory information.
• Make sure all content matches the company’s formatting and quality standards.
• Work with marketing and operations teams whenever product updates are needed.
• Review listings regularly and fix any mistakes or inconsistencies.
• Protect sensitive data and maintain accuracy in all entries.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and internet usage.

COMPENSATION

The annual salary range is INR 2,00,000 to INR 4,00,000.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohali, Punjab. Immediate joiners are preferred. There are 2 openings for this position. No prior experience is required.
