Customer Service Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Operate tills, coffee stations, food service counters, and assist on the floor ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience for customers
• Ensure food preparation and service at the deli or salad bar comply with HACCP and Food Hygiene standards, maintaining top food safety and hygiene at all times
• Manage multiple tasks and roles efficiently using strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Follow company policies for till operation
• Support receiving and stock organization when deliveries arrive
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining a clean and safe workspace
• Follow correct stock rotation practices applying the FIFO principle
• Maintain accurate records for food handling and storage in line with HACCP policies
• Adhere to dress code and use all required personal protective equipment with excellent personal hygiene
• Be knowledgeable of safety procedures including fire, disaster, injury reporting, and manual handling protocols
• Properly use and care for equipment, reporting any defects promptly
• Compliance with all company policies of Aramark and Medtronic including confidentiality
• Participate in required training sessions and development programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager to support smooth department operations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar high-paced catering or hospitality role
• Strong background in hospitality or catering preferred
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Understanding of Food Hygiene standards, including HACCP, is preferred
• Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented and flexible approach
