Overview

This position requires on-site work in Penticton, British Columbia, Canada, with a focus on preparing and cooking meals and managing kitchen operations at Wendy's.

Education and Experience

• Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience ranging from 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals as well as individual dishes and food items.
• Place orders for necessary supplies and equipment to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
• Oversee kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring coordinated team performance.
• Manage inventory and maintain accurate records for food, supplies, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and all working areas to comply with health and safety standards.
