Role Overview

As a Chat Support Representative, you will act as the primary contact point for clients via our live chat channel, delivering outstanding customer service that upholds the high standards of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally through the live chat system.
• Offer precise and clear details related to our commercial electrical services, appointment scheduling, and customer accounts.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns effectively while demonstrating empathy and dedication to resolving issues.
• Redirect complex technical or business-related questions to the appropriate teams for further handling.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively.

Required Qualifications

• A background in customer service roles, ideally with prior chat support experience.
