Cart Attendant

Job Overview

Cart Attendants play an essential role in shaping the customers' experience by ensuring shopping carts are readily available and maintained. Responsibilities include collecting carts from parking areas, using equipment to transport carts indoors, and keeping carts clean and sanitized. This role demands a positive attitude in all weather conditions.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the exact rate meeting or surpassing the minimum wage required by location.
• Additional pay incentives such as annual or quarterly performance bonuses are offered.
• Premium pay from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be granted depending on factors like schedule, facility, season, or specific duties, possibly stacking if multiple conditions are met.

Shifts and Location

Work shifts include Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing at the Walmart Supercenter #629 located at 513 N Duncan Byp, Union, SC 29379, US.
