Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research target clients and key stakeholders within organizations.
- Initiate contact and engage potential clients through outbound communications including phone calls, emails, and social media channels, notably LinkedIn.
- Arrange qualified meetings for Account Executives by effectively communicating the company's value offerings.
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospects utilizing CRM tools, primarily Salesforce.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize messaging, provide field feedback, and contribute to campaign success.
- Keep current with industry trends and company products to enhance outreach relevance.
Candidate Profile
- Post-secondary education or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- A tenacious and target-driven approach fueled by a dedication to outreach and relationship cultivation.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience in B2B sales or customer-interaction roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
