Role Overview
This position is for a remote back office support executive within the BFSI sector. The role focuses on handling operational paperwork, maintaining records, and supporting internal reporting tasks from a work-from-home setup.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support day-to-day backend operations by preparing, arranging, and maintaining business documents and reports.
- Prepare, file, and keep track of reports, invoices, and other official documents.
- Create daily or weekly activity summaries for management to review.
- Manage back office tasks accurately while keeping information organized.
- Use time well and prioritize assignments to meet operational needs.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong command of MS Office tools.
- Good document handling and record-keeping ability.
- Effective task prioritization and time management.
- Comfort with back office and non-voice support work.
- Basic data entry and reporting skills.
Eligibility
Graduation is not mandatory for this role.
Compensation
The offered pay range is INR 1,50,000 to INR 3,50,000 per year.
