About the Role
Join Pandora as an Assistant Store Manager and play a pivotal role in driving sales and operational success within a vibrant retail environment. You will be instrumental in supporting the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets, lead and motivate a diverse team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences that embody the brand's values.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, key performance indicators, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions that enhance store performance.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans that successfully meet sales goals.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising in line with Pandora's brand guidelines to optimize product presentation and sales impact.
- Assist in nurturing an inclusive, engaged workforce by providing clear communication, constructive feedback, and ongoing development support.
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador on the shop floor, sharing product knowledge and promoting meaningful customer interactions using the company's signature sales approach.
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism to uphold exceptional service standards.
- Support daily store operations including scheduling, stock management, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols.
- Coordinate staff rosters considering business needs and seasonal fluctuations to maintain operational excellence.
