Assembly Operator

About the role

Hyve Solutions is looking for an Assembly Operator to support server hardware production in Singapore. The role focuses on hands-on assembly work for chassis, drives, racks, and cabinets, along with related packing and line operations.

Responsibilities

• Build chassis and install hard drives as part of the assembly process.
• Put together server racks and cabinets.
• Carry out server assembly duties on the production line.
• Handle related tasks such as unpacking, packaging, and rack build activities.
• Keep the work area neat, orderly, and aligned with 5S and housekeeping practices.
• Be prepared to work rotating or assigned shifts.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good physical fitness and overall health.
• Education level of technical school, vocational school, high school diploma, or above.
• Comfortable using screwdrivers and other assembly tools.
• Able to stand for long periods.
• Capable of working at heights or on ladders.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Mandarin/Chinese language ability is an advantage.
• Strong command of English for workplace communication.
