Arabic Prompt Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Arabic Prompt Engineer to become a key contributor at our Dubai office. This role focuses on crafting and refining prompts to help our AI agents excel in understanding, reasoning, and communication in both Arabic and English.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and improve sophisticated prompt structures to guide AI to produce accurate, safe, and contextually appropriate responses across Arabic dialects and Modern Standard Arabic as well as English.
• Perform quality assessments of AI-generated content to ensure grammatical precision, cultural sensitivity, and consistency with the company’s brand voice.
• Work closely with developers to spot and resolve AI reasoning errors and enhance conversational interactions.
• Document prompt design methods, best practices, and performance results thoroughly.

Candidate Requirements

• Native or bilingual Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Strong technical knowledge of Large Language Models and practical experience in prompt engineering.
• Analytical thinker capable of problem-solving creatively and diagnosing AI output causes.
• Exceptional attention to linguistic details, syntax, and cultural context nuances.
• Relevant prior experience in technology, artificial intelligence, linguistics, or translation is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Work Model

This is an on-site position located in Dubai with a monthly salary of 4000 AED.
