Role Overview
This internship involves hands-on experience in logistics and operations management at Nuyug, a premium fashion jewellery brand rooted in India. Interns will engage in packing orders, coordinating between warehouses and delivery partners to ensure punctual shipments, and assisting with inventory control and stock reconciliation on a SKU-level basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Package customer orders carefully and efficiently.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, logistics providers, and internal teams to guarantee on-time dispatch and delivery.
- Update inventory records, support stock movement tracking, manage inwarding, and perform SKU-level reconciliations.
- Monitor product returns, deliveries marked as return to origin (RTO), and exchange requests, working to minimize delays and errors in operations.
- Maintain and update daily operational logs encompassing orders, dispatches, inventory levels, returns, and customer concerns.
- Contribute to marketplace operations spanning platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, and others.
- Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in packing, dispatch, inventory management, and reporting processes.
