About the Internship

Stirring Minds seeks a proactive, sharp intern to collaborate closely with the founding team in the Founder's Office. This role entails ownership over critical areas such as strategy development, operational processes, recruitment, partnerships, research initiatives, and other new ventures within the startup ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate intimately with founders on strategic research, analyzing competitors, designing workflows, negotiating with vendors, recruitment, and launching new projects.
• Convert vague business challenges into clear, structured plans and oversee their execution end-to-end.
• Engage in core discussions involving investors, collaborative partnerships, potential new business verticals, and key strategic decisions.
• Leverage AI platforms like Claude and GPT for research, analytical assessments, content drafting, and developing lightweight tooling solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, HR, and other teams to address diverse business issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify obstacles, and ensure timely advancement of important company initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely and be available full-time for six months.
• Availability to commence work between August 24, 2026, and September 28, 2026.
• Relevant skill set and enthusiasm aligned with the role’s responsibilities.
• Strong bias toward action, taking initiative without needing exhaustive directions.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Comfortable using AI tools for tasks related to research, drafting, and analytical work.
• High levels of ownership, flexibility, and adaptability suitable for a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and rapidly grasp novel business challenges.
• Prior experience or exposure to startups, founders' offices, consulting, or operating roles is advantageous.
