Internship Overview
This internship involves managing mass communication campaigns using WhatsApp Business via the Interakt platform. You will be responsible for organizing contact databases, scheduling and dispatching various messages including follow-ups and promotions, as well as monitoring campaign effectiveness through performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate bulk WhatsApp campaigns: create contact lists, upload contacts, and schedule messages using Interakt.
- Draft and send follow-up notifications, reminders for documents, and promotional content.
- Maintain and update contact lists meticulously in Excel by tagging, de-duplicating, and correcting numbers.
- Analyze campaign metrics such as message delivery status, open rates, and recipient feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to finalize daily and weekly messaging content and offers.
- Address routine student inquiries through WhatsApp and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.

- Applicants must be local to Hyderabad and available for an on-site, full-time internship lasting two months.
